When Suma Detail came to 253 Media, they had a very basic Shopify store that didn't really offer much education or information about why the Suma Detail products are better than other detail products on the market which led to low add to carts and trickle down analytics. The old site was also using an old Shopify theme rather than an OS 2.0 theme so building new pages and unique product pages was a challenge.
Because conversions were the primary focus for the new Suma Detail build, we focused on getting people more excited about the benefits of Suma Detail products by showing they how good their car could look and how easy is it to add a ceramic coating. Our goal was to boost the add to cart rate which would trickle down to the overall purchase conversion. To help with this, we focused on education and calls to action along with numerous landing pages for each step of the buyer journey funnel.
