When Prosperity Candle came to 253 Media, they needed to improve their shopping experience to improve CVR and lower the overall cost per purchase from paid channels.
Areas for Improvement
The old website was clunky and had a bit of a Frankenstein build with broken functionality and a difficult shopping experience that drastically hurt conversions. Plus, the old 1.0 framework made updates tricky.
