Big Bad Booth

When BigBadBooth came to 253 Media, they'd already run booths at 6,000+ events for brands like Nike and Delta, but their site wasn't matching the energy of the experiences they were selling.

Areas for Improvement

BigBadBooth's whole pitch is that they make events go viral, but the old site read more like a standard equipment rental page than a brand activation partner. With four distinct booth types — AI, 360, headshot, and static — potential clients had a hard time quickly figuring out which booth fit their event, and the brand's playful, high-energy personality wasn't coming through. There was also no clear way to showcase the sheer scale and variety of past events, from tech conferences to masquerade parties to product launches, in a way that built instant credibility with corporate event planners.

Our solutions

253 Media rebuilt the site as a fast, visual showcase built around real event footage, letting the gallery of astronauts, neon cityscapes, and dancing guests do the selling instead of stock photography. We gave each booth type its own clear breakdown of features and use case, paired with a simple 5-step "How It Works" process so planning felt effortless. A dedicated FAQ section tackled the real objections corporate buyers have — booking timelines, travel fees, on-site support — turning hesitation into an instant quote request.
